Essa lei afirma que o fluxo el\u00e9trico l\u00edquido atrav\u00e9s de qualquer superf\u00edcie fechada hipot\u00e9tica \u00e9 igual a 1\/\u03b5<sub>0<\/sub> vezes a carga el\u00e9trica l\u00edquida dentro dessa superf\u00edcie.
