Dioda vakum terdiri dari dua elektroda utama yaitu katoda dan anoda yang ditempatkan dalam tabung vakum.<\/p>\n<h2>Struktur Dioda Vakum<\/h2>\n<p><u1><\/p>\n<li><strong>Katoda:<\/strong> Elektroda negatif yang dipanaskan untuk memancarkan elektron melalui efek termoelektronika.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anoda:<\/strong> Elektroda positif yang menarik elektron yang dipancarkan oleh katoda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tabung Vakum:<\/strong> Enclosure tempat katoda dan anoda berada dan dijaga dalam kondisi vakum agar elektron dapat bergerak bebas tanpa hambatan dari molekul udara.<\/li>\n<p><\/u1><\/p>\n<h2>Proses Kerja Dioda Vakum<\/h2>\n<p>Prinsip kerja dioda vakum dapat dijelaskan melalui beberapa tahap berikut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pemanasan Katoda:<\/strong> Ketika listrik mengalir melalui filamen pemanas di dalam katoda, menyebabkan katoda memanas hingga suhu tertentu. Pemanasan ini mengakibatkan electron emission (emisi elektron) dari katoda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emisi Elektron:<\/strong> Elektron-emisi termionik adalah proses di mana elektron bebas lepas dari permukaan katoda yang dipanaskan. Elektron-elektron ini kemudian berperilaku sebagai arus elektron yang mengalir dari katoda menuju anoda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aliran Elektron:<\/strong> Dalam kondisi normal, anoda diberi tegangan positif relatif terhadap katoda.
