Elles sont disponibles en petites tailles sous forme de piles bouton. Un autre d\u00e9savantage est leur faible taux de C. M\u00eame les types \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme faibles en comparaison avec les batteries rechargeables.
