Son fonctionnement repose sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la jonction PN d&rsquo;une diode, qui peut moduler sa capacit\u00e9 en fonction de la tension inverse appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Principe de fonctionnement<\/h2>\n<p>Une diode Varicap fonctionne sur le principe de la jonction PN, similaire \u00e0 une diode classique. Cependant, lorsque la tension inverse appliqu\u00e9e (V<sub>R<\/sub>) \u00e0 la diode augmente, la largeur de la zone de d\u00e9pl\u00e9tion (la r\u00e9gion sans porteurs de charge mobiles) augmente \u00e9galement.
